** To qualify, a registrant must meet the ASP and event organizer’s criteria. They have defined "perfumer" as a trained perfumer or perfumer trainee who creates fragranced products/develops fragrance for use in commercial application and/or works with fragrance materials and has been recognized as a perfumer by an accredited perfumery society such as the ASP, SFP, BSP, etc. The ASP and event organizer will vet those who select the “Perfumer Discount Rate” during the registration process and/or those who request the perfumer discount rate through partnering organizations, such as the ASP. This discount only applies to perfumers who register for the three-day pass. No perfumer discount applies to one or two-day event registration. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Terms and Conditions

Request for cancellations received in writing on or before midnight EST on April 30, 2016, WPC will refund your registration fee less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund, however, another person may be designated as a replacement. Replacement requests must be made in writing before May 31, 2016. No-shows will not be refunded. In the event a visa request is denied, documentation of refusal of visa must be submitted to receive a full refund. Refund requests can be made in writing to

  • All registration fees are in U.S. dollars. Registrations will NOT be processed without full payment. If paying by bank transfer, bank transfer must be received within four weeks of registration date. If funds are not received within four weeks, registration will be cancelled. All bank transfers must be received no later than May 27, 2016. If bank funds are not received by May 27, registration will be cancelled. Wire Transfers for registration will not be accepted as a payment type after May 22.
  • The WPC event organizer shall have sole control over admission policies at all times. Perfumer discount rate applies to qualified perfumers* who register for the three-day event. All registrants who select the "Perfumer Discount Rate" will be vetted to ensure they meet the criteria as defined by the ASP and event organizer.
  • All spouses, partners or guests who are not fragrance industry professionals must have a paid spouse/guest registration before being admitted to the conference, exhibit hall and WPC hosted events. Only one spouse, partner or guest may register at the spouse/guest fee. Additional guests must pay the full attendee registration fee.
  • No children under the age of 18 will be admitted to event.
  • All badges can be picked up on-site.
  • Consent for Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at or participation in WPC constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit event organizer's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videos, and other electronic reproductions of such events.
  • Solicitation Information: WPC brings together qualified exhibitors and attendees. Unauthorized solicitation (suitcasing/outboarding) of or marketing to exhibiting companies is strictly prohibited. Selling activities and distribution of literature, samples and marketing materials are permitted only from within the booth space of officially contracted exhibitors.
  • Attendees are expected to respect the copyright, patent right and trademark right of fellow attendees speakers and sponsors. Violators may be subject to sanctions by WPC staff.
  • Photography and videography of WPC is strictly prohibited. A professional photographer will capture everything that WPC offers. Photos will be available on the Perfumer & Flavorist website and Facebook pages. Find, tag and share photos of you and your colleagues.

Unless you request otherwise, WPC event orgnaizer, Allured Business Media (ABM) may contact you with promotions via e-mail, direct mail and/or telephone. If you do not wish to receive communications from ABM, contact ABM will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to it in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.
